White Chicken Curry

White Chicken Curry has a defining taste. The essence of lime juice gives the White Chicken Curry a dynamic taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced onion 1 Large (Salted For 5 Minutes)
  Salt To Taste
  Green chilies 3
  Sliced ginger 1⁄2
  Cubed potatoes 2
  Curry leaves 4
  Grated coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 3 , deseeded
  Cashew nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Chicken pieces 1 Kilogram
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thick coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave, covered in a deep dish, oil, onion, green chillies, ginger, potatoes and curry leaves for 3 minutes.
Mix the ground paste, chicken and water, and stir into the above ingredients microwave at medium high 70% power for 30 minutes, stirring in between.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Mix in coconut milk and correct salt, and again microwave at medium 50% power for another 10 minutes.
Mix in the lime juice.

i was so excited about this recipe until i saw 'microwave'. microwave cooking totally turns me off! It is not healthy, lots of radiation!
