Fisherman'S Basket

Fisherman'S Basket has a different taste. The butter and turmeric powder gives the Fisherman'S Basket a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Fish 500 Gram, mixed fish and shell fish, cut into pieces (Salted For 20 Minutes And Washed)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 1 Tablespoon, sliced (To Garnish)
  Potato straws 100 Gram
Directions

Rub chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt on the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then toss the fish in with the butter and microwave covered in a shallow dish for 8 -10 minutes, turning the fish once in between.
Place the fish in the centre of a serving platter and sprinkle with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
Spread the potato straws all round the platter so that it looks like a basket.
