|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
|Onions||1 Tablespoon, sliced (To Garnish)|
|Potato straws||100 Gram|
Rub chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt on the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then toss the fish in with the butter and microwave covered in a shallow dish for 8 -10 minutes, turning the fish once in between.
Place the fish in the centre of a serving platter and sprinkle with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
Spread the potato straws all round the platter so that it looks like a basket.
