|Sour yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Besan||1 Tablespoon (Gram Flour, Chicken Pea Flour)|
|Desi ghee||1 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter)|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fenugreek seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Methi Seeds)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), crushed|
|Curry leaves||4 (Few Leaves Are Required)|
|Dry red chilies||2 , broken in pieces|
|Asafoetida||1 Pinch (Hing)|
|Green chili||1 , finely chopped (For Garnish)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Beat yoghurt with a fork until smooth.
Mix water, and gram flour and beaten yoghurt.
Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring in between.
Microwave covered in another serving bowl the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes .
Stir in theyoghurt mixture and again microwave and bring to a boil (approximately 3 minutes)
