Dahi Nl Ikadhi is simple to prepare. The gree chilli gives the Dahi Nl Ikadhi a fiery taste.
Ingredients
  Sour yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Besan 1 Tablespoon (Gram Flour, Chicken Pea Flour)
  Desi ghee 1 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter)
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Methi Seeds)
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), crushed
  Curry leaves 4 (Few Leaves Are Required)
  Dry red chilies 2 , broken in pieces
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch (Hing)
  Salt To Taste
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped (For Garnish)
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Beat yoghurt with a fork until smooth.
Mix water, and gram flour and beaten yoghurt.
Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring in between.
Microwave covered in another serving bowl the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes .
Stir in theyoghurt mixture and again microwave and bring to a boil (approximately 3 minutes)
