Kacche Aam Ka Panna

Kaccheaam Ka Panna my favorite. The sugar, cummin seeds and sugar gives the Kaccheaam Ka Panna a refreshing taste. Just try it you will loves it.
Ingredients
  Raw mangoes 1⁄2 Kilogram (Large Sized, Green Mangoes)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Roasted pounded cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kala namak/Rock salt 1 Teaspoon (Black Salt)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Microwave washed whole mangoes for 15 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Cool and press the pulp out of each mango and discard the skin and seeds.
Mix the pulp with the rest of the ingredients.
Add water according to desired consistency.
