Malka Dal Soup

Malka Dal Soup is easy to cook. The Chilli sause and lime gives the Malka Dal Soup a strong taste.
Ingredients
  Masoor dal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed and soaked in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes (Skinned Malka)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Soaking Masoor Dal)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Chili sauce 1 Dash
  Finely chopped green onions/Finely chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Croutons 2 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Microwave dal in a deep dish for 30 minutes at medium 70% power with turmeric powder, garlic and onion.
Cool and liojjidize in a liojjidizer.
Microwave dal soup 5 minutes at medium 70% power and mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve hot in 2 bowls, garnished with a teaspoon of croutons in each bowl.
