Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato 1 Medium, boiled and mashed
  Green chilies 2 , deseeded and chopped fine
  Dry mango powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all the ingredients, except the oil, together in a large howl and mix well, without adding any water.
When they are well mixed, knead into a thick dough by adding a little water at a time.
Finally add the oil and knead till the dough absorbs it.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
Roll out slightly thick parathas and dry roast them on both sides on a hot griddle.
Serve hot with a howl of plain yogurt and a salad.
