Kabuli Chianna Salad has a superb taste. The garam masala powder with green chilli gives the Kabuli Chianna Salad a supreme taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
  Chickpeas 250 Gram, soaked overnight (Kabuli Chana)
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seed powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Capsicum 1⁄2
  Spring onion 1
  Mint leaves 4
  Tomato 1
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove the water in which kabuli channa have been soaked.
Microwave the channa in a deep bowl with garam masala powder, cummin seed powder and water at 70% power for 40 minutes or until the water has dried up completely.
It may take a few more minutes.
Let it stand until it reaches room temperature.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and chill.
Place in a serving dish and sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve.
