Kabuli Chianna Salad
|Chickpeas||250 Gram, soaked overnight (Kabuli Chana)|
|Garam masala powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seed powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Green chili||1 , finely chopped|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Remove the water in which kabuli channa have been soaked.
Microwave the channa in a deep bowl with garam masala powder, cummin seed powder and water at 70% power for 40 minutes or until the water has dried up completely.
It may take a few more minutes.
Let it stand until it reaches room temperature.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and chill.
Place in a serving dish and sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve.
