Easy Rogan Josh
|Mutton||500 Gram, cut in cubes with or without bones|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground papaya||1 Teaspoon (Raw Variety)|
|Roasted cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Roasted coriander powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Fried onion and garlic||4 Tablespoon, crisp, crushed|
|Saffron||1⁄4 Teaspoon, soaked in 1/4 cup milk|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Green chillies||4 , slit (For Garnish)|
In a large bowl marinate mutton in ginger, garlic paste, yoghurt, papaya and salt for 2 hours.
Microwave covered, for about 30 minutes on medium 70% power stirring occasionally.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Mix in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Microwave for 10-15 minutes until mushy and the liquid has dried.
