Hot Butter Milk Shorba is easy to cook and has a great taste. The garam masala powder mix with green chilli gives the Hot Butter Milk Shorba a very spicy taste. Try it and it will open all your sences.
2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (chaas)
Whole green chiles
1 , slit, deseeded
Garam masala powder
1 Clove (5 gm), pounded
Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
