Hot Butter Milk Shorba is easy to cook and has a great taste. The garam masala powder mix with green chilli gives the Hot Butter Milk Shorba a very spicy taste. Try it and it will open all your sences.
|Buttermilk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (chaas)|
|Whole green chiles||1 , slit, deseeded|
|Cumin seed||1 Pinch|
|Turmeric powder||1 Pinch|
|Garam masala powder||1 Pinch|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), pounded|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
