Enjoy Tahira's mouth watering Papri Chaat with amazing tangy flavours. A wonderful dish with no cooking involved, see how she prepares in a few minutes.
Ingredients
  Puris of pani puri 12 Large (gol gappa puri)
  Chick peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Potato 1⁄2
  Onion 1⁄2
  Tamarind paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. At the bottom of a shallow dish, break 10 gol gappas.
2. Scatter the chickpeas, potatoes,onions all over the crushed gol gappas.
3. Drizzle plain yoghurt over the gol gappas.
4. Finally add the tamrind sauce.

SERVING
5. Before serving scatter 2 crushed gol gappas all over the dish and serve with extra tamrind chutney.
