Chilled Mango Lassi

Tahira's Mango Lassi is a refreshing chilled yoghurt drink flavoured with mango. It tastes fantastic in summer, but relish all year round and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Mango flesh for puree 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Full fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 6 Cubic Centimeter
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the mango pulp, milk, yoghurt, sugar and the ice cubes.
2. Blitz for about 60 seconds.
3. Remove the contents to a jug.

SERVING
4. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
