This Pink Mermaid recipe may just take you by surprise, specially for its lemon twist! When topped with choppsed frech fruits and ice, this Pink Mermaid can be just heavenly!
|Raspberry syrup/Strawberry syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||To Taste|
|Club soda||500 Milliliter (bottled)|
|Fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (pineapple, pears, apples)|
|Crushed ice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
1 In a jar, mix together the syrup, lemon juice and soda.
2 Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses.
3 Top with the chopped fruits and ice.
4 Serve chilled
