Khichdi Pakodas

Ingredients
  Leftover khichdi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice flour/Bengal gram flour (besan) 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon, chopped (Coriander)
  Black sesame seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2 Mix well.
3 If you find the mixture sticky, add in a little more rice flour.
4 Make small, even sized balls from the mixture.
5 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
6 Fry the pakodas over a medium flame till they are golden brown.
7 Drain well on absorbent paper.

SERVING
8 Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
