Ice-Cream Sandesh

Ice-Cream Sandesh are very popular among my friends. You will love these delicious and unique dessert. Ice-Cream Sandesh are my husbands favorite too and I often pamper him by serving it for an elaborate weekend brunch.
Ingredients
  Condensed milk 100 Gram (1/4 Tin)
  Paneer 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Full cream milk powder 3 Ounce (3 Heaped Tablespoon)
  Malai 2 Tablespoon, whipped (Cream)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add the paneer and milk powder.
2 Combine well and knead them together.
3 Add in the condensed milk and blend until creamy.
4 Mix in the whipped cream.
5 In an ice tray, spread the mixture evenly to 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness.
6 Place in the freezer and allow to set.

SERVING
7 Cut into even sized pieces and serve chilled.
