Wanna try somethings crispy and crunchy, this Khara Papeta is the one to try! The best part I love in this Khara Papeta is the desirable blend of spices; yumm it is!
Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Large
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon (Jeera)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips
  Garlic paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Peel and cut the potatoes into 4 pieces lengthwise.
2 Cut each piece into thin slices.

Making
3 In a pan, heat the oil.
4 Add in the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
5 Add the onions and saute till they are golden brown.
6 Add ginger garlic paste and cook gently.
7 Add the potatoes, salt and pepper, cook stirring.
8 Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until just cooked.

SERVING
9 Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
