Malpua Using Condensed Milk

Ingredients
For malpua
  Condensed milk 200 Gram (1/2 Tin)
  Sooji 100 Gram
  Maida 50 Gram
  Paneer 50 Gram
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Baking powder 1 Pinch
For sugar syrup:
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 For the sugar syrup, in a pan, add sugar and water.
2 Gradually bring to a boil and cook until it reaches a syrup like consistency.
3 Keep aside.
4 For the Malpua, In a bowl, add condensed milk, sooji, maida, water and baking powder.
5 Mix well.
6 Set aside for 10–15 minutes.

MAKING
7 Crumble paneer finely.
8 Add to the prepared malpua mixture.
9 Mix well to combine.
10 In a deep frying pan, heat the ghee.
11 Pour 1 tbsp of the batter in the hot ghee to make a small, flat malpua of about 3 inch in diameter.
12 Fry on both the sides until golden brown.
13 Remove from the ghee, using a slotted spoon.
14 Add the fried malpuas to the prepared sugar syrup.
15 Allow to soak for about 30 seconds.
16 Remove from the syrup.

SERVING
17 Serve at once.
