Paneer Potato And Corn Toast
|Boiled potato||1⁄2 , finely chopped|
|Paneer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Green chillies||4 , chopped|
|Coriander||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Cooking cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1 Preheat the oven to 450F.
2 Apply butter to the bread slices.
3 Bake in a hot oven at for about 5 minutes.
4 In a bowl, mix the potato, paneer, green chilies, coriander, corn, three tablespoons of the grated cheese and salt.
5 Spread the mixture on the toast.
6 Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
7 Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
8 Serve hot
