1 Can (10 oz)
1 Blanch the almonds by putting them in boiling water for a minute and then quickly placing them under cold running water.
2 Carefully remove the skin.
3 In a bowl, soak the almonds and cashewnuts in 2 cups of hot milk for 30 minutes.
4 In a grinder, put the nuts along with the milk and grind into a smooth paste.
5 In a pan, bring the remaining milk to boil.
6 Add in the condensed milk along with the prepared almond and cashew paste.
7 Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
8 Remove from the heat and add in the almond essence.
