|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded|
|Ground almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place rice in greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with salt; add hot milk.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, stirring occasionally during first hour.
Add cinnamon, sugar, cream, and almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes longer, or until rice is tender and liquid almost all absorbed
