|Cooked peas||1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 1 Cup)|
|Chopped onions||2 Ounce (About 50 Grams Or 0.5 Cup)|

|Cloves||1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)|

1 Rub the butter into the flour and add the egg and water to make a very firm dough.
Roll out very thin and cut into squares 6.5 cm (2 1/2 in).
2 Mix the potatoes with the peas, onions, spices and herbs.
3 Put 2 teaspoons of the mixture into the centre of each square and fold over into a triangle pressing the edges together to seal.
4 Fry in deep fat for 3 minutes until golden-brown.
