Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce (About 50 Grams Or 4 Tablespoon)
  Self raising flour 7 Ounce (About 200 Grams Or 2 Cups)
  Egg 1
  Water 2 Tablespoon (About 45 Milliliter)
  Boiled potatoes 1⁄2 Pound, mashed (About 225 Grams Or 2 Cups)
  Cooked peas 1⁄4 Pound (About 100 Grams Or 1 Cup)
  Chopped onions 2 Ounce (About 50 Grams Or 0.5 Cup)
  Ginger 15 Gram (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Cumin 5 Gram (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)
  Chopped coriander/Parsley 10 Gram (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Rub the butter into the flour and add the egg and water to make a very firm dough.
Roll out very thin and cut into squares 6.5 cm (2 1/2 in).
2 Mix the potatoes with the peas, onions, spices and herbs.
3 Put 2 teaspoons of the mixture into the centre of each square and fold over into a triangle pressing the edges together to seal.
4 Fry in deep fat for 3 minutes until golden-brown.
