Chicken curry is a very delicious recipe. Very simple to make. Even if you are a learner, this recipe will be an easy task for you. Follow the easy steps and try along with the video. You will enjoy cooking chicken curry.
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken pieces 5
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cardamom seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add chicken and stir occasionally.
3. Add ginger, garlic and onions, saute.
4. Add tomato paste, curry powder and stir.
5. Add tomatoes and salt. Stir.
6. Add water and cover the pan.
7. Cook for 30 minutes.
8. Cook rice with 2 cups of water.
9. When curry is ready, blend it into smooth paste.
10. Serve the curry with rice.
