Kaju burfi or cashew burfi is a delicacy and sweet made and appreciated in every Indian and Pakistani house. Served on all special occasions, the burfi is special.
2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Kaju)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
2 Tablespoon (Clarified Butter)
250 Milliliter (1 Glass)
Grind cashews along with sugar and milk to form a fine paste.
Heat a pan and add butter in it. Add cardamom powder and the cashew mix.
Stir it constantly on low fire until the mixture is thick.
It should form a ball and leave sides of the pan.
Set the mixture in a greased dish.
Once done cut it into bite size pieces and decorate it with silver leaves.
