How To Make Duck Curry

This duck meat curry is spicy, rich and very tasty. Try and enjoy.
Ingredients
  Duck meat 500 Gram
  Onion 2 , chopped
  Tomato 2 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Ginger 20 Gram, chopped
  Garlic 20 Gram, chopped
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 2 Teaspoon
  Coconut oil 80 Milliliter
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Meat masala 1 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 3
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan and pour coconut oil. Heat the oil.
2. Add onions. Stir them until brown and add green chilies. Saute well.
3. Stir in ginger and garlic and sauté well.
4. Add meat masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and pour enough water to cook the dish.
6. Add duck meat and mix properly. Put salt and cook for 15-20 minutes.
7. Add curry leaves and pepper powder. Cover with the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.
8. Remove curry from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.

SERVING
9. Serve the Duck Curry with paratha, appam or any dish of your choice.
