Ingredients
  Thin onion slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Slivered almonds 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot cooked long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and almonds in butter till golden.
Add raisins and heat through until they puff.
Add mixture to rice; mix lightly.
Serve with curry.
