|Thin onion slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||3 Tablespoon|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot cooked long grain rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook onion and almonds in butter till golden.
Add raisins and heat through until they puff.
Add mixture to rice; mix lightly.
Serve with curry.
