Ingredients
  Flour 12 Ounce (2 Teacups)
  Potatoes 2 , boiled
  Milk 3 Ounce (1/2 Teacups)
  Melted ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 2 Pinch
  Curry powder 2 Pinch (Kitchen King Brand)
  Kasuri methi 2 Pinch (Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
  Mango powder 2 Pinch
  Green chili 1
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 4
  Onion 1 , chopped
Directions

peel and grate the potatoes and mix with flour,dry masala, and ghee.knead a dough with milk.keep it aside for a hour.roll in to small puris and deep fry in hot ghee or oil..serve hot with curd dipping
