|Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), condensed|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|
Saute curry powder and apple in butter until apple is soft; stir in vegetables; mix thoroughly.
Add beef broth; bring to boil, then stir in cream and milk; bring just to boil again.
Combine cornstarch and cold water; add, and cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with rice.
