Crunchy Okra with Onions

Ingredients
  Fresh okra 2 Cup (32 tbs) (sliced into two)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Medium, finely sliced
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilly powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a frying pan over medium heat, pour olive oil and stir fry the onion until golden brown.
2. Add cumin, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and stir well with a wooden spatula. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add okra and salt, then stir well to mix with the other ingredients. Squeeze the juice of half lemon into the okra. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes add garam masala, stir well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve fried okra with rice and dal.
