How To Make Prawns Fry

Prawns's simply an awesome side dish. Take a look at this easy will love it.
  Prawns 500 Gram
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Curry leaves 8
  Tomatoes 1 , chopped
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green chilies 3 , sliced
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon

1. In a pan, pour water and boil the prawns in salt and turmeric.

2. In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add onions and brown them.
3. Add green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir for sometime.
4. Add tomatoes when the onions are browned.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Sprinkle some salt to taste.
6. Add the boiled prawns and fry them. Add water if required.
7. Add green curry leaves and cook for few minutes.
8. Garnish the curry with onion and tomato rings along with small lemon pieces.

9. Serve the Prawns Fry with white rice and enjoy!
