Paneer Aur Pudina Ka Paratha
|For the parathas|
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Gehun Ka Atta)|
|Low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|For the filling|
|Grated low fat paneer||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cottage Cheese)|
|Chopped mint||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Green chillies||3 , chopped|
|Oil||2 Teaspoon (For Cooking)|
For the parathas mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough adding water if required.
Divide into 8 equal portions and roll out small thin oblong parathas.
Cook on a tava (griddle) till brown spots appear.
Keep aside For the filling
Combine coriander, mint, onions, lemon juice, sugar, green chillies and salt with enough water and grind to make green chutney.
Mix together this chutney and paneer.
Divide into 8 portions and keep aside.
How to proceed put a little stuffing in the centre of each paratha and close like an envelope.
Cook on a non stick pan on both sides with a little oil until golden brown.
Repeat for the remaining parathas and filling to make 7 more parathas.
