Peas Or Matar Paratha Filling

Ingredients
  Green peas 1⁄2 Kilogram
Ground spices
  Ghee 120 Gram
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chili powder To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Shell the peas.
MAKING
2 In a pan, add water and salt.
3 Cover and simmer on a low heat until soft.
4 Drain well.
5 In a grinder jar, add the peas with other ground spices, coriander and chillies.
6 Grind to form a smooth paste.

SERVING
7 Use the prepared mixture as a filling for parathas
