Sevian Ki Kheer
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rose essence||3 Drop (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Milk||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 In a pan, boil the milk along with ghee and sugar.
2 Add in the sevian.
3 Cook until the sevian are tender.
4 Add in the raisins, blanched and chopped almonds.
5 Cook on low heat for two minutes.
6 Remove from the heat.
7 Stir in the rose essence.
8 Serve hot.
