Pakoras are usually taken as snack in India. It is a joy to bite into these well fried and crispy pakoras. Yo will keep reachingout for more of them.
|Red chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ghee||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Sift besan, add water gradually until a thick dropping consistency is formed.
Mix salt, chilli powder and onion slices with it.
Heat ghee well and put spoonsful of this mixture into it.
Fry until golden brown, keep aside.
