1 In a bowl, soak the coarsely ground wheat in 3 cups of water overnight.
2 In a pan, dissolve sugar in 5 cups of water, and cook on medium heat to make a thin syrup.
3 Remove from the heat and keep aside.
4 In a pan, heat the ghee.
5 Add in the soaked wheat and cook until light brown.
6 Gradually add in the syrup and crushed green cardamoms.
7 Cook stirring until the syrup is absorbed.
8 Serve hot, decorated with silver leaves and chopped pistachios
