Ingredients
  Curd 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Green chilies 2
  Black cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onions 120 Gram
  Mint leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Rub the onion slices with 1 teaspoon salt.
2 Keep aside for 10 minutes and wash them well.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, beat the curd along with salt, pepper, red chilli powder, cuminseeds, and chopped green chillies.
4 Add in the onion slices and chopped mint leaves.
5 Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

SERVING
6 Serve cold.
