Paneer Mattar Roll

Paneer mutter roll or paneer matar roll is a roll made with long thin paneer or cottage cheese slices filled with mashed green peas. Marinated with hung curd and soy beam oil, the cottage cheese slices are stuffed with peas and spices mix and microwaved with a topping of mustard and ketchup sauce.
Ingredients
  Paneer 400 Gram
  Hung curd 50 Gram, whisked
  Soy bean 10 Milliliter
  Green peas 100 Gram, boiled in minimal water
  Cumin powder 10 Gram
  Green chilies 10 Gram, chopped
  Red chili powder 5 Gram
  Mint 5 Gram, chopped
  Coriander 5 Gram
  Black salt To Taste
  Garlic paste 5 Gram
  Mustard paste 10 Gram
  Tomato ketchup 100 Gram
  Cream 15 Milliliter (For The Topping)
Directions

Cut the paneer into thin long slices.
Mix the marinade ingredients together.
Pour over the cottage cheese and leave to marinate.
Mash the green peas and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a paste.
Keep aside to cool.
Apply the paste on the paneer slices and roll up gently, ensuring that the slices do not break.
Mix the topping ingredients together.
Top the paneer with the sauce and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes and onions.
