Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients
  Cream 250 Milliliter
  Coconut cream 125 Milliliter
  Sugar 100 Gram
  Gelatin 2 1⁄2 Gram
Directions

Place the gelatine in a pan with a little cold water and warm it till the gelatine is dissolved.
In a separate pan, mix the cream and coconut cream and bring to a boil.
Add the sugar and stir till dissolved.
Add the dissolved gelatine to the mixture.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to return to room temperature.
Pour into moulds and place in a refrigerator and allow to set.
Unmould and serve chilled.
