Dahi Ka Meetha
|Curd hung in muslin||500 Gram (To Drain Excess Water)|
|Sugar||100 Gram, powdered|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Condensed milk||200 Milliliter|
|Slivered pistachios||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnishing)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnishing)|
Blend all the ingredients together, except for the nuts and saffron.
Pour the mixture into the desired mould.
Refrigerate till it thickens and sets.
Unmould onto a plate and serve chilled, garnished with slivers of pistachios and almonds and a few strands of saffron.
