Ingredients
  Curd hung in muslin 500 Gram (To Drain Excess Water)
  Sugar 100 Gram, powdered
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Condensed milk 200 Milliliter
  Slivered pistachios 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnishing)
  Slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnishing)
  Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients together, except for the nuts and saffron.
Pour the mixture into the desired mould.
Refrigerate till it thickens and sets.
Unmould onto a plate and serve chilled, garnished with slivers of pistachios and almonds and a few strands of saffron.
