Ingredients
  Refined flour 150 Gram
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Dough 50 Milliliter
  Potato 1 Medium, boiled and peeled
  Green peas 1 Tablespoon, boiled
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, grated
  Carrot 1 Small
  Capsicum 1 Medium, minced
  Mango powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sambar powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Divide into six equal portions.
Prepare dough using all ingredients.
Roll it into small size chapattis. Fill it with one teaspoon filling.
Shape it into a potli, tie it up with thin strips of dough and deep-fry.
