Ingredients
  Sugar 500 Gram
  Ghee 400 Gram
  Black cardamom seed 300 Gram
  Coconut dry grated 5 Gram
  Pistachhio 100 Gram, sliced
  Almond 20 Gram, sliced
  Saffron 20 Gram
  Saffron 1 Gram
Directions

Wash the lentil and soak in water fortwo hours and boil.
Keep aside till it cools.
Make fine paste.
Put sugar in a pot, add a little water and boil to make a thick sugar syrup.
Heat ghee in a kadhai, add black and green cardamom seeds.
When crackling, add chana dal paste and stir-fry.
When the ghee starts to come out, add sugar syrup and mix well.
Make a thick mixture of paste.
Now put in a bowl or flat pot.
Put coconut, pista, almond and saffron on top of halwa.
Serve hot.
