Atta Ki Puri
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Ghee||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1 In a bowl, sift the flour and salt.
2 Add in water and knead to a smooth and slightly stiff dough.
3 Cover, using a wet cloth and set aside for one hour.
4 Knead again and make small round balls about the size of a walnut.
5 Roll out each ball into a round 1/2 mm thick.
6 In a deep pan, heat the ghee.
7 Put the rolled out puri in the hot ghee.
8 Using a slotted spoon, press until it puffs up.
9 Turn it once, and fry till light brown.
10 Serve hot with the sabzi of your choice.
