|Yellow mustard seeds||25 Gram|
|Mustard oil||100 Milliliter|
|Turmeric powder||5 Gram|
|Green chilies||2 , slit lengthwise|
|Onions||115 Gram, finley sliced|
|Curd||115 Gram, well beaten|
|Ginger||40 Gram, finely chopped|
Soak the mustard seeds in water for about 10 minutes and then grind to a fine paste.
Marinate the prawns in the mustard oil, mustard paste, turmeric powder, salt, green chillies, onions, curd and chopped ginger for about 10 minutes.
Steam in a covered double boiler or in a pressure cooker, leaving the steam outlet uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
