Bhaajiyoon Ja Pakoda

Ingredients
  Oil 500 Milliliter (For Deep Frying)
  Gram flour 300 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Potatoes 50 Gram
  Spinach 50 Gram
  Brinjal 30 Gram
  Cauliflower 30 Gram
  Onion 50 Gram
  Ginger 2 1⁄2 Gram
  Coriander leaves 15 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Water 80 Milliliter
Directions

Chop all vegetables finely.
Mix the vegetables, gram flour, soda bicarbonate, salt, ginger, coriander and water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the bhajjiya till golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve with mint chutney.
