Pyaz Kl Roti
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Gehun Ka Atta)|
|Wheat bran||2 Tablespoon|
|Anardana||3 Teaspoon, roasted and powdered|
|Finely chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green chilies||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1 Teaspoon (For Cooking)|
Mix together all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough adding enough water.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out into a circle of 125 mm (5") diameter.
Cook on a non stick pan till both sides are light brown, using a little oil.
Repeat to make 3 more rotis.
Serve hot with any subzi of your choice.
