Classic Paneer Makhani

Paneer makhani is a preparation of cottage cheese with cream and tomato puree. Spiced and flavored with garam, masala, coriander powder, red chilies, mace and other spices, the paneer makhani is a heavy and rich preparation that is best servd with naan or pulao.
  Cottage cheese 250 Gram (Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces)
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 2 , finely chopped
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Cloves 4
  Green cardamoms 4 , crushed
  Mace powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Cream fresh 50 Milliliter, lightly beaten
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon

Melt butter in a 1.5 litre deep dish on 100% power for 30 sec.
Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamoms & ginger.
Mix and microwave on 100% power for 1 min.
Mix in the tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chilli powder & mace powder.
Mix and microwave on 100% power for 2:00 minutes.
Add finely chopped green chilliess, corriander leaves and paneer (cottage cheese) cubes.
Mix and microwave on 100% power for 3:00 minutes.
Add lightly beaten cream.
Mix and micro wave on 60% power for 2:00 minutes.
Discard the whole spices.
Garnish with finely chopped corriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan, roti or parathas.
