|Crushed vermicelli||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sevayan)|
|Low fat milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||10 Gram (2 Sachets)|
|Cardamom powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Elaichi Powder)|
|Slivered pistachios||1 Tablespoon|
Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add sevaiiyan and cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes until the sevaiiyan is golden brown.
Add milk and 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add sugar substitute, cardamom powder and Garnish with slivered pistachios.
