Papdi Chaat

A Punjabi specialty of enjoyed by all, made with vadas & Papadi dunked in curds.
Ingredients
  Papadi 32
  Vada 4
  Boiled and peeled potato 2 Medium
  Boiled white chickpeas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 4 Tablespoon
  Chaat masala 3 Teaspoon
  Roasted cumin powder 2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sweet chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Spicy green chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Soak the bhallas in hot water for 15 minutes, squeeze the water and keep aside. Chop the potatoes fine.

2. Beat the curd and add salt, 1 tsp. red chilies, black salt and 1 tsp. cumin powder. Mix well.

3. Take the papadis and dip in the curd mixture and arrange them in a flat serving dish.

4. Put little chopped potatoes, channas and bhallas on the papadis.

5. Pour the curd mixture on it.

6. Pour little sweet chutney and a little green chutney on top.
