|Chicken meat||1 1⁄2 Pound, boned|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Green pepper||1 Large|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced and separated into rings|
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper and brown lightly in butter.
Blend cornstarch, curry powder, broth, catsup, marmalade and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken.
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often, or until the chicken is tender.
Add onion, celery and green pepper.
Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Vegetables should be crisp and chicken glazed.
Serve over bed of rice.
