Ingredients
  Curd 500 Milliliter, tied in muslin cloth and hung over a pan to drain the excess water (Use Thick Curd)
  Sugar 150 Gram, powdered
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Custard apples 2 (Sitaphal)
  Pistachios 10 Gram, cut into slivers
Directions

Separate the sitaphal pulp from the seeds.
Mix all the ingredients well and spoon into individual, glass serving bowls.
Garnish with pistachio slivers.
Place in the refrigerator for half an hour to one hour to set.
Serve cold.
