Paneer Aur Hare Chane Ka Salad
Paneer aur hare chane ka salad is a filling indian salad preparation that can be served as a full meal. Prepared with green peas, tomatoes, paneer, spring onions and flavored with lemon juice, roasted cumin with salt and pepper to taste, it can be served with chopped coriander.This is a special low sugar recipe great for diabetics as well as for people on low carb diet. |Dried green peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked and boiled|
|Diced tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat paneer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Chopped spring onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, roasted and coarsely ground (Jeera)|
|Black salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sanchal)|
|Chopped coriander||3 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)|
Place all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Take care that the paneer is not mashed.
Add the dressing and toss gently in a bowl.
Serve garnished with the chopped coriander.
