  Khoya 250 Gram
  Almonds 25 Gram
  Pistachios 25 Gram
  Sugar 120 Gram
  Kewra essence 1 Teaspoon
  Silver leaves 3 (For Decoration)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Lightly grease a thali.

MAKING
2 In a pan, add the khoya.
3 Cook, stirring on low heat until it does not stick to the fingers.
4 Remove from the heat
5 Add in the sugar and beat it with a flat metal spoon for a few minutes.
6 Add in pistachios and almonds and mix well.
7 Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared thali.
8 Arrange the silver leaves on top.
9 Keep aside until firm.
10 Cut into squares or diamond shape.

SERVING
11 Serve as desired.
